General Information

This Tenerife holiday villa is a rural property situated on the south coast of Tenerife in the village of Arafo and has been in the same family for generations, since it was built in the 1800's.

Arafo is located in the south east of Tenerife, about half an hour from each of the airports and the capital, Santa Cruz.

The villa has 3 bedrooms all on the first floor. 1 double and 2 twin which are adjoined by a lockable door. Furthermore, the Tenerife villa offers 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, complete with television, DVD and Hi-Fi

Specific Information

The decor of this holiday villa in Tenerife is an eclectic mix of styles that span over the decades throughout which the house has existed. The traditional Canarian architecture remains intact, with thick walls of mud and stone, and high ceilings, providing a cool refuge from the summer sun and insulation in the cooler winter.

Albert, the manager of the Villa will welcome you. This house has been in family posession almost ever since and the family is very proud of it. Sadly, this house and the family have had some bad experiences with younger travelling groups and so, this house is open mainly for groups of people who respect it’s history and the families proud of it.

For sunworshippers is on the roof the best opportunity to get some sun with an incredible view over the roofs of Vilaflor
